THE EVOLUTION OF YOUR DESIGN ORDER
YOU FILL OUT THE ONLINE ORDER FORM
Besides the obligatory details needed for making an online order, we need to know what you and your company are all about. Please fill in on your company’s field, competition, philosophy, goals; describe any design ideas you may already have; and let us know if there are certain logo styles that particularly appeal to you.

WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER
The next step is to take your order through Checkout. For Toucan Design to commence working, we require a 50% down payment, payable by credit card or via PayPal. We will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as we receive your order and payment. Should we require further information regarding any aspect of your order we will contact you. The Toucan Design team members will then roll up their sleeves and begin developing your initial design drafts.

YOU LOOK AT OUR DESIGN DRAFTS
Expect your first design drafts within five business days after order submission. Our Toucan Design team will have closely evaluated your order and ideas, researched your market, and made numerous logo sketches. We send the very best of these to you. It is then up to you to select the design you like the most – or send us back to the drawing board if you don’t like any of them.

WE MAKE REVISIONS...
Toucan Design fully expects that you will have comments and suggestions regarding these initial drafts. We’re ready to make any revisions that you think might add value to the design – or even to start again from scratch. Toucan Design wants to provide you with a visual design that will point your company in the direction you wish it to go. Logo revisions are free

...AND SEND YOU YOUR APPROVED LOGO PACKAGE
We’re done – and your company has a great new look! Upon final approval of the logo design, you’ll receive a set of various graphic formats. It is likely you will want to use your logo in a variety of mediums. The formats we send will allow you to put your logo on your website, on a letterhead, in television commercials and in other mediums. Any and all formats are provided free of charge.
